Dr. Watson and staff are great! My only disappointment is the short list of "in network" insurances; although, they will file whatever type coverage you have.

Today was the first time that I visited Northside Family Dentistry. The staff was wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone I know that requires their service. Just told my husband that he needs to switch!
Dr. Jackson as well as Dr. Watson are amazing! They are always professional and treat their patients as if we are family! The staff is also amazing (Mrs. Gloria is my absolute favorite she's so professional and courteous!)!!! If your are looking for lifetime dentistry look no further because you've found it!!???
Went to have some teeth pulled, but wasn't able to do due to them being impacted. While I was there the whole staff was friendly, and made everything hassle free. Definitely recommend them
My hygienist Richard is my friend/ co-worker and one of the best hygienist I have ever had! If you are in need of a great hygienist stop by and ask for either Richard and LaRunda!!!
I have been with Northside Dentistry for about 30 years and they have always been the same. There name is perfect for them, they treat you like family always nice and friendly.

Truly a blessing. I came in a lot of pain, they took such good care of me. I HATE needles but didn't feel a thing. I didn't have a appointment but they worked me in. Hours later, still minimal pain. TRULY A BLESSING.
So thankful for Dr. Jackson! I went in today with excruciating pain and not only did she fit me in, she stayed late to alleviate the pain! She and her staff were such a blessing in a scary, painful time! I was very anxious about the whole thing and her and her staff made me feel so much better and at home. They even brought me a blanket because I was cold. Definitely consider this amazing practice for you and your family’s dental needs!
Went to the office to get an extraction, and I have to say I was nervous, but Doctor Watson did such a good job. I did not feel anything when he did the extraction. All the staff was very nice. Very pleasant experience. I will be back for cleaning etc. Thank you for the help.

Dr.Watson and his staff were very patient and caring with my high anxiety due to getting dental work done. They were very thorough with explaing how to care for my teeth. I definitely appreciate Ms.Vickie for making sure I understood billing she was very caring and patient. I would highly recommend them.

The total experience was great. Very professional, organized, and Covid-19 safe. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist.
